Most work starts with an assessment or a single project. We connect to your systems and pull the data ourselves, so the work takes little of your team’s time. The monthly retainer is optional and can follow any project.

How a project runs
From your systems to a working routine.
For a focused project: first findings within two weeks, a working version within four, and a running routine within eight, depending on access to systems and the quality of the data.
- Orient
- The decision, the owners, the systems involved, and the gaps in the data are agreed before building starts.
- Reconcile
- Definitions, source boundaries, and discrepancies are worked out with your team and made visible.
- Build
- The model, forecast, or reporting is built from your systems and tested with you in working sessions.
- Hand over or keep running
- Your team runs and updates what we built, or we keep it running and checked against the books.
